Lexy Barman MA, CCC-SLP

Speech Language Pathology

Lexy received her bachelor’s degree from Michigan State University (Go Green!) in Psychology with a minor in Communicative Sciences and Disorders. She then went on to receive her master’s degree in Speech Language Pathology from Wayne State University. At Wayne State, she discovered her passion for working with children and their caregivers. In addition to TherapyWorks, Lexy works at an outpatient pediatric center with children under 8 years old. Lexy’s favorite thing about working as a speech pathologist, is providing parent education to parents and families. In her free time, Lexy enjoys spending time with her family, cheering on the Detroit Lions, traveling, skiing, cooking and reading.
