For ABA services we are in network with many insurance plans (including most medicaid plans). For speech, occupational and physical therapies we accept BCBS only. If you have questions about your specific plan, please call or text us at (312) 780-0820. *ABA Services are provided in-clinic only

30-minute In-Person or Phone Consultation: $50
60-minute In-Person or Phone Consultation: $100
Late Cancellation* / No Show fee: $100
*appointments must be canceled 12 hours in advance
Policies
Your health insurance may cover a portion of these costs.
Late Cancellation/No-Show Fees and Consultations are not billable to insurance.
An initial evaluation may not be required if your child has been evaluated (for the same diagnosis) within the past twelve months.
