Lisa Leung MS, CCC-SLP

Speech Language Pathologist

I have been practicing as a pediatric speech-language pathologist since 2013. Most of my experience has been in an outpatient hospital setting with children ages 18 months to 18 years of age. One of the things that I love about being a speech-language pathologist is being able to help others to communicate with their loved ones. I have had the honor of seeing patients produce their first words, use Picture Exchange Communication to request their favorite snacks, and transform their method of communication from being nonverbal communicators to verbal communicators. I have also had the privilege of working with amazing caregivers who give their 100% in following through with home programming so that their child will succeed in therapy. Together, we can make an impact that will bring change. That is my hope for all of the patients that I see and the families that I work with.
